Effective governance is the key to meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
Connect’s Board is responsible for ensuring that the Association is viable, properly governed and properly managed.
Our Board members provide skilled leadership and strong control for the association with commitment and energy. Our governance arrangements are simple, clear and robust and we maintain our strong local connections. The Board plays a leading role in business planning for Connect, establishing and upholding the Vision and Values of the Association.
Up to four Board members can be Connect tenants who provide a tenant perspective but who act in their own right.
Tenant representation comes via four Observers (nominated by Connect Residents Federation) who participate in all Board meetings and events.
