Effective governance is the key to meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
Connect’s Board is responsible for ensuring that the Association is viable, properly governed and properly managed.
Our Board members provide skilled leadership and strong control for the association with commitment and energy. Our governance arrangements are simple, clear and robust and we maintain our strong local connections. The Board plays a leading role in business planning for Connect, establishing and upholding the Vision and Values of the Association.
Up to four Board members can be Connect tenants who provide a tenant perspective but who act in their own right.
Tenant representation comes via CRF representitives (nominated by Connect Residents Federation) who participate in all Board meetings and events.
Are you interested in becoming a Connect Board member? We welcome new Board members who will add to the range of experience we need and help Connect reflect the communities where we work. If you would like to find out more about becoming a Connect Board member please email Sarah Midgley at firstname.lastname@example.org or call her on 0300 5000 600.
